Version 2026.2 — February 2026

Initial release of Cepheo Software Licensing.

  • Automatic registration — Registers the D365FO environment with the Cepheo Licensing API on first startup. No manual activation required.
  • Token-based authentication — Encrypted customer and refresh tokens, managed automatically.
  • License Management form — Centralized form with License View, Configuration, and Audit Log tabs.
  • Dashboard notifications — Warnings on the D365FO dashboard for expired or exceeded licenses.
  • Daily batch jobs — Automatic license refresh and telemetry send, created on system startup.
  • Audit log — Records all operations with user, timestamp, and details. Configurable retention.
  • Extensible provider model — Any Cepheo ISV module integrates by extending one enum and one class.
  • Version tracking — Shows installed version vs. latest available per module.

Note: Re-registration requires manual token entry in this version. Treat this as a security-sensitive administrator operation.
