Subscription groups

First thing is to setup the subscription groups according to your needs

Subscription item overview

To get the full overview of all the subscription lines for all projects there is a separate form found here:

Cepheo® > Project control > Subscription lines

From this form you can start the batch job for subscription invoicing. Add the invoice date and subscription group if additional filtering is needed. If you would like to test the selection before actually starting the process, set "Test" to true and click "Ok". the result will be display as a message in the top, click on it for details. This can be useful if you are unsure of how many sales orders and purchase orders that will be created and need to verify before starting.

There is also an option for adjusting the prices if the subscription line has a price index connected and a price index date. Select a price index date, and add filter for price index and or subscription group. There is also an option to do a test before applying the price change.
