New role/duty/Privilege 'Advanced vendor approval setup' has been added to access and maintain data in the new setup form for 'Advanced vendor approval'.

New role/duty/Privilege ' Advanced vendor approval view' has been added to allow view only access to elements in the 'Advanced vendor approval' functionality.

New role/duty/Privilege 'Advanced vendor approval maintain' has been added to allow maintain access to all elements (except the 'Advanced vendor approval setup' form) in the 'Advanced vendor approval' functionality.

New roles/duties/Privileges 'Approved Vendor List approver/Approved Vendor List revoke approval' have been added to allow approval/revoke approval of the Advanced AVA ID's.

The entities are covered by new security elements:

Standard role 'Data management administrator' now extends new duties and privileges:

Maintain Advanced vendor approval using services that extend privileges: Maintain Advanced vendor approval parameters entity and Maintain Approved vendor list entity

Standard role 'Data management operations user' now extends new duties and privileges:

Inquire into Advanced vendor approval using services That extends privileges:

View Advanced vendor approval parameters entity and View Approved vendor list entity.

New role/duty/Privilege 'Vendor audit management setup' has been added to access and maintain data in the forms: Vendor audits, Vendor audit scores, Vendor audit status as well as the Vendor audit management setup form. Menu item buttons to update Audit status and Audit scores on Vendor audit records are also covered by this role.
