Shipment booking security group (nShift Delivery)

Security groups on the shipment booking are a way of grouping different profiles in nShift Delivery.

It can be set as default on customer or be added manually on the sales order or the shipment booking.

Maintain security groups

Navigate to Cepheo® > Shipment booking > Setup > Shipment booking security groups

Start by creating the different security groups in the nShift Delivery.

Set security groups on a customer

Navigate to Sales and marketing > Customers > All customers

If the security group should be default on the customer, proceed to the customer card and add the group on the fast tab Cepheo®.

Set security groups on a sales order

Navigate to Accounts receivable > Orders > All sales orders

If the security group should be added manually onto the sales order, set the choice in the fast tab Cepheo®.

Set security groups on a Shipment booking

Navigate to Cepheo® > Shipment booking

If the security group should be added manually onto the shipment booking, set the choice in the fast tab Setup.
