Path: Inventory management / Setup / Shipping packaging management/Packaging item groups
As described in the paragraph above the packaging groups can be setup on a Product level. If, however you have multiple products that requires the same packaging composition/structure you can use the "Packaging item group" to define the structure per packaging group for a Packaging item group and then allocate this group to all items, that have the same packaging-composition:
If both a packaging item group has been setup and an item specific setting, the item specific setting (the most detailed) will be used.
