Convert addresses and recipients to address quick ID's

Any address or receiver can be converted into an Address quick ID.

Navigate to Cepheo® > Shipment booking > Setup > Shipment booking external values

Convert addresses

Use Address if a sender or a receiver has multiple address which needs to be converted to different Address quick ID's.

In the form navigate in the tree to:

  • nShift Delivery (Unifaun) > Address quick ID > Address
  • nShift Ship (Consignor) > Address quick ID > Address

How to add a new address conversion

  1. Select Address in the tree
  2. Click on New
  3. Select party in the field Name
  4. Select address in the field Postal address
  5. Enter the Address quick ID in the field External code
  6. Click on Save to save the conversion

Convert recipients

Use Recipient if a recipient need to be converted to an Address quick ID.

In the form navigate in the tree to:

  • nShift Delivery (Unifaun) > Address quick ID > Recipient
  • nShift Ship (Consignor) > Address quick ID > Sender

How to add a new recipient conversion

  1. Select Address in the tree
  2. Click on New
  3. Select party in the field Name
  4. Enter the Address quick ID in the field External code
  5. Click on Save to save the conversion
