Convert country, state and county

Country, state and county can be converted to external values.

Navigate to Cepheo® > Shipment booking > Setup > Shipment booking external values

Convert countries

Country ID's used in addresses needs to be converted.

nShift Delivery (Unifaun) and nShift Ship (Consignor) uses ISO 3166 Country codes alpha-2. All D365 countries are automatically created with conversion to Country codes alpha-2.

In the form navigate in the tree to:

  • nShift Delivery (Unifaun) > Address part > Country
  • nShift Ship (Consignor) > Address part > Country
County and/or state will only be transferred to external shipment booking system if they are enabled on the country.

How to add a new conversion of a country ID

  1. Select Country in the tree
  2. Click on New
  3. Select Country ID in the field Value
  4. Select external country ID in the field External value
  5. Enable county if it is required for this country by the external shipment booking system
  6. Enable state if it is required for this country by the external shipment booking system
  7. Click on Save to save the conversion

Convert states

States will only be transferred to external shipment booking system if they are enabled on the country.

How to add a new conversion of a state ID

  1. Select State in the tree
  2. Click on New
  3. Select Country ID in the field Country/region
  4. Select State ID in the field Value
  5. Select External state ID in the field External value
  6. Click on Save to save the conversion

Convert counties

Counties will only be transferred to external shipment booking system if they are enabled on the country.

How to add a new conversion of a county ID

  1. Select County in the tree
  2. Click on New
  3. Select Country ID in the field Country/region
  4. Select State ID in the field State
  5. Select County ID in the field Value
  6. Select External county ID in the field External value
  7. Click on Save to save the conversion
