View test results

Dawid Kaczmarek Updated by Dawid Kaczmarek

To view historical data for a test group, a ‘View test results’ button is available. This opens a query form followed by a graphical representation of test data. NOTE : Results for tests of the ‘option’ type cannot be shown in a graph

NOTE: Only test results from quality orders setup with a sample ID can be shown.

![In the top part, not fully updated or failed quality orders are shown in bold, whereas orders completed in spec. will be in normal writing.

In the lower part you can see the individual tests results over the different adv. quality orders in graph layout, select between different graph designs (see below)](../images/image_140.png)

Path: (Quality/Common/Register test results) If you have marked a test/quality order line for 'Manual test result quantity' you will still be able to use the functionality for adding multiple test result for a test, but since you can't enter test result qty when using the warehousing app:

Figure 97: Should the test be included in the results determining pass/fail?

The system will create a test result line for each result you enter, but the test result line qty will be set to 0,00. You will then have to go into the form 'Register test result' to enter the test results before the test result can be validated. In the form 'Register test results' we have 'highlighted' where results have been entered, but the test result qty's still need to be entered, a new field 'Values entered' has been added. This is marked if you need to fill in the test result qty's before validation can be performed. If the field 'Manual test result qty' is UN-marked the user does not have to enter a test result qty manually, instead the system automatically calculates the qty per entered result by dividing the qty of the order by number of results entered.
