What is Shipment booking

Solution for companies that need a simple and flexible shipping solution.

The following main functions are part of the solution:

  • Supports both Warehouse management processes and Basic inventory management
  • Multiple sources. Shipment booking can be created from Sales order, Item requirements, (WHS) Shipments and Transfer orders. Shipment booking can also be manually created.
  • Integration to nShift Ship (Consignor)
    • Import Carriers, Carrier services, Additional services and Container types from nShift Ship
    • Store Shipment booking drafts to nShift Ship
    • Send a “ready to ship” Shipment booking to nShift Ship
    • Get booking events from nShift Track
    • Get tracking information from nShift Ship
    • Set tracking ID on Bill of lading ID and confirm (WHS) Shipments
    • Customizable document transformation (Liquid)
    • Send to nShift Ship from Warehouse app
    • Supports UPS Invoicing and DHL Express (Commercial invoice)
  • Integration to nShift Delivery (Unifaun)
    • Import Carriers, Carrier services, Additional services and Container types from nShift Delivery
    • Store Shipment booking drafts to nShift Delivery

  • Simplified packaging. Create containers when creating Shipment booking. For companies that do not use (WHS) Container packing.
  • Customs Invoice. Customs invoice can be created based on the Shipment booking.
  • Packing slip. Packing slip can be created based on the Shipment booking.
  • Multiple senders. Possible to have multiple senders per legal entity. Default sender can be set on the customer.
  • Notification contact. A separate contact for the Shipment booking. Default Notification contact can be set on the customer.
  • Shipment payer. Receiver or another customer can be setup to pay for the Shipment. Default Payer can be set on the customer.
  • Shipment booking consolidation. Consolidate one or more Shipment booking.
