Dimension inherit improvments

In the vendor invoice approval form we have now introduced parameters to set the default dimension on the project so that it can be triggered when fetching and/or when posting. This will be in addition to the change that already triggers when changes are done directly in the form.

Override limitation for using only internal CPM ssrs reports on project invoice proposal

We now many of our customers have extended our code to allow this functionallity to be available for their own custom reports, a new parameter is now available for you to try out. The custom ssrs report still needs to follow the pattern used in the CPM report for the functions to work. This will now work on the V2 version of the project invoice proposal form.
