Moved all menus to Cepheo main menu

All menus related to Cepheo Project Management has now been moved the Cepheo main menu.

Lifecycle state added to more tables

The product lifecycle state is now available on:

  1. Project procurement plan
  2. Purchase requisition lines
  3. Purchase order lines

If not visible please click the "Refresh process" button on the form

Workflow comment and category name on timesheet is now controlled by parameter

To show the category name and workflow comment, just enable this 2 checkboxes.

Dimension inherit feature (Preview)

D365 has a standardized approach to dimension structure on transaction when posted into project subledger. With this new feature, a new framework for controlling the behaviour of dimensions is added. It gives each legal entity the ability to decide what dimension set, that should be posted on any given voucher in project module (timesheet, expense, ingoing invoice, purchase order and outgoing invoice).

Purchase:

Once a cost transaction f.example invoice or purchase order is posted to a project, you can select whether header and line dimensions should be selected by vendor dimension or project dimension.

Sales:

Once a project invoice proposal is created you can select what dimension revenue and accounts receivable should have. Project contract or Customer. If not standard D365 behaviour will be used.

This is a feature that must be enabled under feature management. Please note that we don not recommend this feature
