  • Active (Value YES or NO - display only)
  • Approved (Value YES or NO - display only)
  • End date
  • Item group name -New field, when the Type field has the value Group, the group name (Item group name) should be completed
  • Type (Group or Item)
  • Product number - New field, when the Type field has the value Item, the Product number should be completed
  • Company
  • Start date
  • Vendor account
