Working with the "Consolidated batch order" form

When working in the consolidated batch order form [Production control/Common/Consolidated batch orders] the possibility to create new batch orders directly into the consolidated batch order is now available.

This possibility is available for bulk orders as well as for packed orders. The dialog for creation of new batch orders is controlled by the existing consolidated order to prevent the user from creating batch orders that do not match the consolidated batch order.
