Working with the "Firm consolidate batch orders" form

When planned order records are selected for the temporary consolidated batch order form, a number of new features has been introduced, among these also a new layout for the form.

Create a new planned order

New planned orders for Bulk and/or Packed orders can be created, using the "New planned order" button. The created planned order will not be given a number, before firming has been done. If the form is closed without firming is done, the new planned orders will be removed.

A new planned bulk order will be limited to the item number for the bulk already being used for the consolidated batch order.

A new planned packed order will be limited to item numbers that used the bulk item number being used for the consolidated batch order.

NOTE: If a planned order has been added the quantity of the consolidated order can be updated to show the new quantity be updating the order, this function is found under Functions/Update consolidated batch order (can be found in the section for Bulk orders as well as the section for Packed orders:

Add planned order

Existing planned orders from the plan being used, can be added to the Bulk/Packed order lines, using the "Add" button.

Planned bulk order will be limited to item number for the bulk already being used for the consolidated batch order.

Planned packed order will be limited to item numbers that use the bulk item number that is used by the consolidated batch order.

Delete planned order

Selected planned Bulk/Packed orders can be deleted from the "Firm consolidated batch order" form, using the "Delete" button. The planned orders being deleted, will be removed from the form, but not deleted as planned order. When closing the form with or without firming, the planned order will still be available in the plan.
