On hold function

To extend the on hold function to also work for intercompany hours, we have added a parameter that will alter how the on hold works.

Instead of letting the user decide if an hour transaction should be put on hold, the setting of the project will now prevent all hour transaction from appearing on invoice proposal.

Pausing hour transactions

To reflect that the function now has changed, the name of the control is changed from "On hold" to "Pause hour invoicing". When you are ready to invoice the hours just deactivate the setting on the project and all hour transactions will be available for invoice proposal again.
