What is Cepheo Payroll

Cepheo Payroll is a solution that supports the import of payroll transactions from Flex HRM, Visma, and a default option that can be used by other providers. The solution streamlines payroll processes and ensures seamless data flow between payroll systems and D365 Finance and Operations.

  • Payroll Transaction Import
    • Import payroll transactions from Flex HRM, Visma, or other providers using the default option.
  • Setup & Mapping
    • Configure pay types, account mapping, user mapping, and approver mapping.
  • Export Framework
    • Export expenses and timesheet data to external payroll systems based on transactions created in D365 Finance and Operations.
  • Dedicated Payroll Hours View
    • View non-project hours (payroll hours) such as flex time, holiday leave, travel time, and hour balances.
  • On-Call Group Management
    • Create on-call groups for employees and manage on-call salary payments.
  • Import Logging
    • Log all payroll transaction imports, including general ledger postings for traceability.
