Allow creation of a shipment booking from a source that already has one

You can remove links between a shipment booking and its source. This can be done from the source, from the shipment booking using View source, or from the source by selecting Shipment Booking Links in the Cepheo button group.

View Source

Purpose

The View source dialog shows the origin of the selected record. It helps users identify where the data was created and troubleshoot shipment booking creation.

Open the Dialog

Select a container or a container line record, then choose View source.

Actions

Remove

Remove the link to the source.

This allows a new shipment booking to be created from the source.
Undo

Restore the link to the source if it was removed.

Close

Close the dialog to confirm the changes.

After closing, the link to the source cannot be restored.

Purpose

The Shipment Booking Links dialog shows the relationship between a shipment booking and its source. Users can trace which shipment bookings that were created from the source. Shipment bookings can originate from sales orders, item requirements, WHS shipments, loads, transfer orders, or manual creation.

Open the Form

Go to the source form and select Shipment booking links.

The dialog displays all links between the current source record and shipment bookings.

What You Can View

Containers

Displays all related containers in shipment bookings.

Container lines

Displays all related container lines in shipment bookings.

Actions

Remove

Remove the link to the shipment booking.

This allows a new shipment booking to be created from the source.
Undo

Restore the link to the shipment booking if it was removed.

Close

Close the dialog to confirm the changes.

After closing, the link to the shipment booking cannot be restored.
