Marine industry feature enhancement

A new feature enhancement has been introduced to provide specific fields to service the requirements within the Marine and Shipping industry. Once the feature has been enabled from the feature management additional fields related to Shipping are enabled with the project module. These fields will then be presented on the Business Documents.

This feature should only be enabled if your business will utilise the new fields

Navigate to the  Feature management workspace and enable the Cepheo Business Documents Shipping extension.

The new fields are available on the Project contract, they are all free text fields:

  • Contract
  • Quotation
  • Classification
  • Ship owner
  • Ship yard

Navigate to Cepheo® > Business Documents > Setup > Document setup > Project invoice in the Modules menu. This setup extends the generic options and provides additional setup only enhancing the Project invoice. Enable each new field you would like presented on the invoice.

The new fields will then be displayed on the project invoice as follows:
