  • From 2022 the native data connector from Microsoft used for Power Apps and Flow is announced to be deprecated by Microsoft. Therefore, we recommend using virtual entities going forward.

AdvancedQualityOrderTableCreateV1This entity is for creation (not editing) of new Advanced quality orders, including parameters and tests from a selected test group (test group is mandatory). All reference types are supported. Depending on the selected reference type, different content will be mandatory for creation of a new advanced quality order. The advanced quality orders will automatically be created with an Id from the standard number sequence setup for Advanced quality orders. Specific information from the selected test group cannot be added or changed by using the entity but will be inherited from the selected test group alone as it would be if created manually in the client. When creating an Advanced quality order with the reference type ‘Quality Sample’, creation will only be possible if the sample in question has the status ‘Registered in lab’. When creating an advanced quality order with a reference type requiring a reference lot, and the reference lot already has dimension information – only these dimension values will be permitted. If the reference lot doesn’t contain any Batch/Serial information, only dimension information available for the inventory transactions on the reference lot are allowed.
