Batch information display setup can be defined for either a specific product, a group of products (Batch display groups) or for all products. Content setup for all products will be the presented if the system cannot find a more detailed setup to present, the individual product or for a display group. Only display setup marked as "Active=Yes" will be available for presentation of data.

For each display group two areas of data can be setup: Batch data and Batch attribute data. The order selected in the setup for each group, will be the order the selected fields will be presented to the user.

When presenting batch information, the content to present to the user, will be the content setup for the selected display group.

The two display areas to setup are:

Batch display: All available fields from the Batch table are available.

Attribute display: All available batch attributes setup in the system

For each selected batch and batch attribute, the field can be set to be displayed or not. A field setup to be displayed, will be presented with data (if available). A field setup not to be displayed, will not be presented.

When viewing data based on setup of a batch display group, the user can amend the display of fields setup for the display group – or chose to see content from another display group.

Filter on disposition code and expiry on the on-hand view

You can switch on a parameter to be able to filter on disposition code and expiry date on the on-hand form.

First go to quality -> Setup -> Advanced quality control parameters.

Under Advanced quality control you can toggle "Enable batch filter on On-Hand" to "yes"

The fields in the On-Hand form are dynamic fields changing based on the dimensions chosen. Therefore it is necessary to add a new column called batch disposition code, and remove the old one, when the "enable batch filter on On-Hand is toggled to "yes".

The new field has a different control name

The difference is that the new field can be filtered.
