Setup Cepheo Asset management app in Resco

To setup and use the Cepheo Asset management app in Resco CRM, follow these steps:

  1. In the Resco CRM app, go to Settings
  2. Click at user id in field CRM User
  3. In field Enter URL/Alias, specify the URL to your CRM environment
  4. Click button Connect and log in to your environment.
    If prompted, click button Delete to delete local app data at your device
  5. If prompted to choose app, select the Cepheo Asset Management app
  6. Next, the App will synchronize data to the device, and when finished the Cepheo Asset Management app is ready for use
