When opening the on-hand list form without activating the Batch dimension, the possibility for presentation and selecting batch information display is not active.

When activating Batch dimension in 'Dimension display', the Batch information display menu will be available. The form will show content setup in the group valid for all products unless the user has chosen another group as default. In that case the user setting will be used.

The current Batch information display can be shown, and another display group or other content can be selected or de-selected.

If the current display group is always wanted by the user when opening the on-hand list, this setup can be used as default by activating the "Use as default" slider. This will override the selection of display group setup for all products.

If the current selection of Batch and Attribute display is always wanted by the user when opening the on-hand list using this display group, the setup can be saved by activating the "Save setup" slider.

Pressing the [OK] will close the dialog and update content of the on-hand form, according to setup for the current user.

The Batch information display dialog has the possibility to return to the default setup for the display group. This is done by using the menu "Load default setup". Setting from the current display group will override display setting in the dialog with default settings for the display group.

If the user wants to remove his/her own changes for the selected display group, the menu "Remove user setup" will delete all settings done by the user.

When opening the on-hand list form without activating the Batch dimension, the possibility for presentation and selecting batch information display is not active.

When activating the Batch dimension (via Dimension display), the Batch information display menu will be available. The form will show content setup for the selected item according to the display group selected. If the item is not setup with a display group, the form will show content setup in the display group valid for all products. If the user previously has selected a specific display group as default, this setup will overrule other settings though.

The current Batch information display can be shown, and another display group or other content can be selected or de-selected.
