Navigate to Cepheo® > Ledger import > Journal imports (Global) in the Modules menu.

The Journal Import (Global) is used to manage import groups for multi-company journal imports. It allows users to define, configure, and maintain import groups that control how ledger data files are processed and imported across different companies.

Key features

  • Create and Edit Import Groups: Add new import groups or modify existing ones.
  • Set Parser Rules: Define parsing rules for each import group to ensure correct data interpretation.
  • Manage Company Filters: Restrict imports to specific companies using company filters.
  • Maintain Journal imports: Maintain which companies to import to and which Journal Import is used in that company
  • Import, view and process files: Start imports, create journals, or view related tables and transactions.
