Navigate to Navigate to Cepheo® > Shipment booking > Setup > Carriers > Import carriers

How to import carriers

  1. Click on Refresh carriers to fetch carriers from nShift
  2. Find the carrier to be imported.
  3. Click on validate to see if the carrier is ready for import.
  4. Resolve all errors found on Carrier, Services, Additional services and/or Container types
  5. We recommend manually validating and/or changing the Carrier Code, Carrier Name, Carrier Service IDs, Service Names, Modes of Delivery, Additional Service IDs, Additional Service Names, Container Types, and Container Type Names before importing the carrier.
  6. Click on Import to create the Carrier.

The current status is Unknown because the carrier may or may not already imported.

Warning

The Carrier, Service, Additional service or Container type has an error. Correct the error and validate the Carrier again.

Ready for import

(Carrier) The carrier is ready for import; however, there are errors in one or more Services, Additional Services, and/or Container Types.

(Service) The service is ready for import; however, there are errors in one or more Additional Services and/or Container Types.

Ready for import

The carrier is ready for import. The button Import is enabled.

Imported

(Carrier) The carrier has been imported; however, one or more Services, Additional Services, and/or Container Types were not imported.

(Service) The service has been imported; however, one or more Additional Services and/or Container Types were not imported.
