Export declaration in Shipment booking

When making shipments from the EU to a country outside of the EU, or the other way around, it is mandatory to include customs details for a number of carriers. Some of the carriers support paperless invoicing services (also called electronic invoicing). This article will explain how to set up the mandatory field "reason for delivery" which is not created automatically by the system.

Sales and marketing > Setup > Distribution > Reasons for delivery

Select "new" and fill in the Delivery reason and Description.

It is important that the Delivery reasons are written exactly as below
