Usage of payroll

Registering payroll hours: Project management and accounting > Timesheets > My timesheets

On the form "My timesheets" a new button will be available when enabling the integration on the parameter setup. Also a new column displaying the status of the payroll hours registered, hoover over to see a tooltip explaining the colors.

Hour registration: Cepheo® > Integrations > Payroll > Payroll registration hours

Retrieve hours registered and export them according to parameter setup.

Expense registration: Cepheo® > Integrations > Payroll > Payroll registration expenses

Retrieve expenses registered and export them according to parameter setup.

Transaction import log: Cepheo® > Integrations > Payroll > Payroll transaction import

Import financial data from external system like Visma.

Review payroll hours: Cepheo® > Integrations > Payroll > Payroll hours for review

Approve payroll hours that has been submitted, access to forms "Payroll hours for review" and "Payroll hours for my review" are controlled by security roles
