Maintain hour balance max and min flex time

Setup of max- and min flextime

Navigate to Cepheo® > Timesheet > Hour balance budget in the Modules menu.

On a Flex budget is it no possible to set max- and min values for flextime.

Adjust flex minimum and/or Adjust flex maximum must be activated to be used in a Flextime adjustment journal.

Setup of Payroll pay types

Navigate to Cepheo® > Timesheet > Setup > Hour balance in the Modules menu.

On all flextime hour balances is possible to setup Addition and Deduction pay types

Lookup will be available if Lessor is installed and these fields will be used when importing Hour balance transactions to Lessor common journals

Flextime adjustment

Navigate to Cepheo® > Timesheet > Timesheet > Hour balance journal in the Modules menu.

  1. Create a new journal with type Flextime adjustment.
  2. Open the journal lines dialog by clicking on the button Lines.
  3. In the "Hour balance journal lines" click on the button "Create journal lines". It will generate these lines:
    1. One line for each worker with flextime less than the "Min flex time" and "Adjust flex minimum" is active.
    2. One line for each worker with flextime greater than the "Max flex time" and "Adjust flex maximum" is active.
  4. Validate and post the journal

The field "To Payroll" is only visible if "Addition pay type" or "Deduction pay type" on Hour balance are set.

Transfer to Lessor common journal

Navigate to Lessor > Common > Common journal in the Modules menu.

In the form (Common journal) Lines click on the Import button and select "Import form Cepheo Timesheet" to import data from hour balance.

In the dialog you can select the following:

  • From date: Select all the transactions that has transaction date equal or greater than this date.
  • Reimport: Select if already imported transactions should be imported again.
  • Batch (Lessor journal number): Select batch to import into.
