To streamline forecast model management and reduce potential errors, Cepheo provides configuration options that control model visibility and functionality for users.

Accessing Forecast Model Settings

Navigate to the Cepheo Speedtab section and select Forecast Models to access the configuration options.

Configuration Options

Two toggle options are available to control forecast model behavior:

Technical Toggle

When set to Yes:

  • The model is excluded from forecast forms where users input data
  • The model is designated for storing historical data only
  • Users cannot select this model for manual forecast entry

Summation Toggle

When set to Yes:

  • The model serves as a basis for accumulated forecast lines
  • The model can be used with the forecast distribution form
  • The model becomes available for aggregation calculations

Combined Toggle Settings

When both toggles are set to Yes, you can input data directly on the model for subproject figures, and it will be available for selection as the main model in forecast distribution setup.

This combination allows the model to function as both a data repository and a calculation basis for distribution scenarios.
