Imported transactions

Navigate to Cepheo® > Ledger journal import > Imported files, select the required Imported file, and open Imported transactions.

The Imported transactions displays all parsed imported transactions that have been generated from an imported file. Use this page to review, validate, and process transactions before transferring them into ledger or project journals

General Processing Actions

These actions are available regardless of the applied filter.

Action
Description

Import file

Imports a file into a Journal import group or a Journal import.

Reset status

Resets the import status so the file can be revalidated or reprocessed.

View ledger transactions

Displays ledger-related transactions and enables additional ledger processing actions.

View project transactions

Displays project-related transactions and enables additional project processing actions.

View transferred transactions

Displays transactions that have already been transferred to journals.

Show all fields

Reveals all fields for all imported transactions.

Ledger Transaction Processing Actions

These actions become available when View ledger transactions is selected.

Opens mapping rules used to determine accounts and offset accounts.

Validate ledger transactions

Validates ledger transactions for correctness and completeness.

Create ledger journals

Transfers validated ledger transactions to new ledger journals.
