Choosing planned pack orders only

For packed orders, the dialog is a little different.

When selecting one or more planned orders for FP-001 and choosing the "Firm and Consolidate" function, the system knows that bulk orders are expected to be part of the consolidated order, and the user is asked whether or not to firm only the packed orders.

If answering "Yes" the consolidated batch order will be created only for the packed orders.

If answering "No" a new dialog will be shown, asking the user whether or not to include planned bulk orders along with the selected packed orders.

If answering "Yes" the consolidated batch order will be created for bulk as well as packed orders for the bulk.

If answering "No" the dialog will close and no consolidated orders will be created.
