Packaging management on sales return orders (RMA)

When a sales return order is created (RMA), the packaging information related to the customer address (defaulted to the address that would be defaulted if creating a sales order) is copied to the return order. The address can be changed in the field ‘Return from address’ until the RMA order is saved. If the chosen ‘Returned from’-address is setup for shipping packaging and the item(s) that is returned has a packaging setup matching the same packaging group, the expected used packing is calculated and shown in the fact boxes on the right:
