New alert event added for table Document References (DocuRef), this can be used in power automate to catch when an attachment is added or deleted for a table.

This is mainly to be used with asset managment for supporting handling of attachments in the RESCO app used with Cepheo Service Integration.

If delete actions is used, the deleted records can be viewed in the Foundation shared parameters, under the new tab Alerts

This information will also be visible in power automate if needed. The info container will for all deleted records contain the following:

  1. Company
  2. Table name
  3. RecId of the record in the table
  4. Type name
  5. Type
  6. This content depends on the type
    1. File > Original filename
    2. URL > Full url
    3. Other > Name
  7. If the attacment belongs to a work order or a work order line
    1. Work order header > Work order id
    2. Work order line > Work order id and Line number
