When creating new products, the requirement for vendor audit will be inherited from the Item model group used for the product, to the product as a default value. After creation of a new product, information of audit requirement can be edited for the product. Path: [Released products/fast tab: Purchase]

This means that for the same product, more AVA records can exist at the same time, some setup for audit requirement and some setup without audit requirement. Only AVA records setup with requirement for vendor audit, will be included into the audit process.

The audit requirement can be edited for an AVA record until approval has been performed.
