The Record updates form is showing the table that holds all information on records inserted, updated and pushed/not pushed to each company with dates and users.

The global record is tied to the local record using the Global record ID and the Foreign record ID (RecId in the local company). If the Foreign record ID is 0 (=zero) the record has not been pushed / pulled. It is possible to navigate to the global record by using the link on the Global record ID. The Data title 1 and Data title 2 is added to the form and is retrieved from these fields which exist on all records in standard D365FO. This is for information purposes and indicates which specific record it is.

If Modified is marked the global record has been updated but the changes have not been pushed.

The records can be pushed by marking the wanted records and pressing Push data.

The log can also be called from the Management form:

Click Area Page node: Global data management > Management > Setup > Record updates

In this case the system will open the log, where records will be displayed only for the selected data table.

The log can also be called from the button on the ActionPane tab on the forms, eg. on customers
