Use Cepheo Asset management app

The Cepheo Asset management app is designed to enable maintenance workers to handle work order jobs and maintenance requests.

The app is based on the Resco CRM framework and can be used in both online-mode and offline-mode.

Work order jobs

Work order jobs shows jobs assigned to the current worker, which is logged in at the device. Only jobs having an active work order and having schedule Status = Ready, Started, Stopped or Ended are shown.

Job overview list

Shows all the workers jobs. Click at a job to open it.

Form title and name of the selected view.

Default, the views "Active work order jobs" and "Ended work order jobs" are provided. Own views and filters can be created.

Work order job details

In the work order job details form, all information for executing the job is presented. The form is divided in named sections, which all can be expanded and collapsed.

The following sections are available

  • Work order job info: General job info and buttons for starting, stopping and ending the job.
  • Add hours: Register hour consumption for the job.
  • Description and notes: Job description, internal notes and workers remarks.
  • Checklist: Checkpoints for the job
  • Hour consumption lines: Overview over registered hours at the job
  • Show on map: Show the job location at a map
Work order job info

In this section, general information is about the work order job is displayed. Also the work order lifecycle state and the job schedule status is displayed (in blue text).

There are links to see related information for

  • the work order with related jobs and asset faults
  • the functional location with installed assets, related jobs and maintenance requests
  • the maintenance asset with related jobs, related maintenance requests and faults for the asset

At the bottom of the section, action buttons to start, stop and end the job are available. Also an action bottom to add hour consumption for the job is available.

Add hours

Hour consumption for the job can be added for the current worker. It's possible to specify negative numbers in order to make corrections to previous registrations.

Registered hours cannot be edited or deleted. You can specify negative hour registrations to correct previous registrations.

Description and notes

View job description and internal notes. The worker can add own remarks in the Worker's remarks field.

Checklist

View checklist and status for each checkpoint and register outcome of each check.

Click at a checkpoint in the list to open the checkpoint.

Enter the outcome/measurement and any relevant notes.

Click [ Check ] to finish the checkpoint or mark "Not applicable", if the checkpoint isn't relevant for the job.

It's possible to reopen and uncheck a checkpoint and alter a previously entered outcome.

Hour consumption lines

Shows the workers hour registrations made at the job.

Show on map

Show the job location at a map.

Click at the blue navigation-arrow to start navigation to the location.
Navigation capabilities is dependent of the device used.

Maintenance requests

Workers can create maintenance requests and view own active requests request in the Maintenance requests overview.

The workers active maintenance request is shown in an overview list.

Creating a new request

When creating a new request, Request type, Service level, Description and Functional location must be specified. Asset ID is optional.

If the asset is stopped (out of service), the date and time for the stop can be specified in order to be able calculate downtime for the asset.

Use the button [ Update GeoCode ] for catching the coordinates of the current location.
Click at the save symbol in the top right corner of the screen to save the request.
Maintenance requests cannot be edited or deleted after creation
